Cool! Just tried again and got all objectives at the 94th turn - I still found that focusing on immigration was the strategy that made sense. By just discarding all other cards, I can get to 4 immigration tiles, and then focus on strike breakers and making enough publicity and political power to protect that resource long enough to sell papers and power through the disinterested readers. I did unlock 1 of the pullman porters to generate a single wealth when I had 4 wealth, which came in clutch, but it seemed mostly the luck of the cards there.. The cost of pushing back jim crow is so expensive it seems like the resources are best spent elsewhere.. Maybe I'll try that route as a challenge though. Great work! Really interesting to play though, and educational as always!
