Notice: This rom hack does not work with older versions of SNES9x at all, I had 1.60 on PC and it threw me a checksum error, as of the time of this writing, the most recent version is 1.63 which works perfectly fine with the rom hack, who knows if this works on real hardware though, I sure don't have a flash cart.
