There are a few things you can do to help, I can’t always be here in time to delete those posts unfortunately, but whenever a post about a game update appears here with a link, it’s fake, so please report it with the following:

Reporting as Phishing will make Itch ban the account and potentially hide the post’s content.

And this:

Reporting as Spam will notify me of the fake post.

Also give downvotes and comment below warning people not to download from the links to help keep people away from the phishers. Even if you can only do one, please spam replies saying it is fake and a virus, that way other people are protected and eventually I can come and clean the post :). Thank you!
