i stopped playing like before the latest update, and now i cant find my files,is there a way to retrieve them?

I can not help you find your files, simply because it's your PC/Mobile and I do not know where you installed the game.

If you updated the game correctly, your save files should still be intact and not lost.

The correct way to update the game:

• For PC 🖥️:
  1. First way: Proper way to update
     1. (Optional) Export your save files first before you update the game via the in-game menu.
     2. Download the latest version or the version of the game that you want from here.
     3. Extract the files and replace everything with the latest version of the files without deleting anything.
     4. (If you exported your save files) Import your save files to the game via the in-game menu.
     5. Done.
  2. Second way: Reinstall with the Newer version
     1. (Must) Export your save files first before you update the game via the in-game menu.
        
     2. Download the latest version or the version of the game that you want from here.
        
     3. (Make sure that you've already exported your save files) Uninstall the current version of the game.
     4. Install the new version of the game that you just downloaded.
     5. Import your exported save files to the game via the in-game menu.
