That's odd; the following information will help diagnose (heh, pun) the issue:
- Is your browser/keyboard/computer in English or something else?
- The "create a user" section won't proceed until all text boxes have something entered, can you confirm that you did that?
- Can you confirm your browser? I've tested extensively on Chrome and Chromium-based browsers but I'm not sure about others.
