I downloaded Juice world 32 bit and extracted the files. I am on Windows ten and when I click on it, the loading symbol appears and then disappears, it just won't open. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thank you. 

Hmm, Does the "Made with Unity" screen appear? Are you able to run other unity games?  

Maybe you could try installing through the itch.io app (https://itch.io/app), or installing the 64-bit version.
