If you see a settings button next to the launch button, press it and download "exhibitredo.zip". This is the real game. The folder you got is a bunch of images for YouTube thumbnails in case you are a YouTuber.
It might be due to the format of the game, but for most people (seemingly), there is NO settings/gear button anywhere here, on the "purchase"/"Download" page, or anywhere in the files during or after extraction to folders.
