it depends on what game you install, if it doesn't have reviews and it looks sketchy, as if the game was made by a 12 year old, I suggest not to download it, only the games that have a high player count

Not this one no if a game is super popular or has an decent audience it's most likely safe if it's new and looks sketchy run it on browser and don't download it or just leave it be 

I've played alot of interactive fiction books and yandere/killer games on here never got a virus but be safe and know what to look for.

But I've played this game almost 8 times it's safe believe me you got nothing to worry about.
