Oh! Yeah, it's super prevalent in the patron content, but there is a little secret to do it in the base game. When you're standing on the oil rig, there's a jungle island directly to your left , the big one, walk all the way across and you should find a nuke that'll blow all your clothes off. 
It's the little pink dot. Don't tell anyone. This is a closely guarded secret.
