This game is nothing short of exquisite.
And that's not hyperbole, either. In place of what I expected to be a simple, possibly boring game to play before bed, I find a project that has utterly captivated me enough to wish to keep tabs on its development. I expected something I'd play once, maybe, and never touch again; instead, I got something that I will be coming back to periodically, in anticipation of an update, and for that, I am beyond grateful.
The game itself is beyond entertaining, I'd like to note. I am quite fond of the dialogue options, which is a specific aspect to touch on, but they are what caught my eye. I found them oddly full of personality, which is something I regard as difficult to do while maintaining the stuffy, formal language as per the theme. The way you portray Sherlock so well while still letting the player have a distinct voice and personality? Admirable, to say the least!
Forgive my rambles. All of this is to say I enjoyed your game immensely, and will be completing the necessary measures to keep up with the development (such as following your Tumblr blog, haha).
Now, for a moment, to rid the formal language...
