So it appears something went wrong when you posted the download...nothing exists in any folders except the folder themselves, and checking it in 7zip confirms only one folder has anything, yet somehow the size comes out correctly.
Edit: after messing with it a bit and redownloading it several times (and choosing to open the resulting folder once it downloads) that seems to address the issue. Odd bug to encounter...i'll probably need to pay attention for that particular issue in the future.
