So first you boot up the game and you will be here
go to a room any room works for this i chose the hallway
so when you get into the room you will be somewhere, i don't know
please when you are there and possible, press the journal button
if you are navis like me you will look like this when using the journal
once you see your little fella on the side you have done it congrats you have journaled.
