Hey — I just played TOWER SOULS and I really enjoyed the slow-burn dungeon crawl vibe paired with the haunted portal mechanic. The TV shut-off effect when you die is such a cool touch and made the experience stand out. One thing I found a bit tricky: the combat felt a little opaque at times — adding direction indicators or clearer enemy feedback might help the player feel more grounded.
