Game loads in a black screen, I am on Android. If there's no fix is there any way I can get a refund?
This is what google says: A buyer can request a refund by contacting support. There's more information about our refund policy on our terms of service.
So this is an issue that can't be troubleshooted or hasn't been run into by you or any other players?
Maybe before, I dont remember the last time it happened.
