Hey Unknown Hermit! :) First of all, you don't owe any one anything so please don't feel bad about providing constant updates here on itch.io. YAH has been like a drug to me because it's so unique in every aspect (I played it ever since you uploaded it for the 1st time :D, Adam sure grew taller xP - not complaining). I think you're way ahead of the curve/time in originality, creativity and writing style. I'm happy for you that you decided to look after yourself and everyone here supports you! I'm proud of you for putting yourself first, your health and happiness is what matters the most. If you don't look after yourself first, no one will. I hope that one day I'll get to read your completed masterpiece (YAH) and if not then don't worry, what matters is that that you continue doing what you love and will stay healthy! :)
