Aww this is exactly the reaction I hoped for in writing and designing this game. Really glad you connected with it like this. I genuinely believe more horror should feature happy endings or at least less negative outcomes. There's so much to explore in diossonance with psychological horror. So many people believe the worst despite the objective reality being a lot more hopeful and I'm glad I was able to communicate this through the ambience and narrative.
