I'd only want it to be japanese VA because I'm a weeb, but that'd mean finding a way to localize all text in-engine, translating ALL the dialog and then VAing it. Some dialogs would also sound weird with the girls saying "Hello /Delgadonueve/, how are you?" and the name part would be silent.
We'll see, definitely on wishlists, but a big if for now.
