Oh yeah, it's definitely harder with reduced power. I take it you were able to get into the underwater shrine then? I'm curious if you were able to get both items there.
Oh yeah in Kirizimi you are just set to weapon power 1 is all and yeah there's a couple of items in the underwater shrine. I assume you found the boss there.
