I feel very lost? I understand and am interested in the basic premise, but I can only find two websites and neither of them seem to have the information I need (I can figure out the entity but then there's no information on dealing with it, which even if I found it I'm not sure how to format the email response). Am I missing something?

I understand that - I do the searching, I find information on the entity, but then there's no information on how to deal with it. Also, how closely do I have to follow the format of the original email? Because that's a lot of potentially mess-uppable typing in what players are convinced is an urgent situation.
(also, out of curiosity, how familiar are you with Hunter: the Reckoning?)
The front-facing part I want is a natural-feeling email exchange. Say whatever you want to the recipient, anything that would be helpful to them. What's working in the background as the software is checking for a few main keywords (it tolerates misspellings to a certain extent). Each player has their own email writing style, and it will be accepted as long as it contains the required keywords. My desire is for people to feel the universe I've created. Even though I know the keywords and could just type them to achieve success, I wanted to avoid revealing this to the players. Instead, my aim was to provide the genuine feeling of having a conversation with another person. Fell free to write whatever you want.
The clues have to show the iron and salt website. the name of the place show you the who is the ghost and why she is . ( and banish.com show how to banish her or the example mail shows same ). I must also state that because it was built in only one week, I didn't get a chance to deeply consider the consistency of the search engine's keywords ( Unnatural Search website ) , nor could I test what other terms people might use. Please forgive me for any imperfections.
I'm quite familiar with the White Wolf settings, but I was mostly focused on VTM. However, the inspiration for my game was actually more Supernatural than Hunter. I realy be happy to see a person who knows white wolf stuff :)
