I completely agree with you! The pacing in this game is absolutely perfect for a short horror experience. The way the developer builds tension from the moment you enter the butcher shop, and then releases it during the chase sequence, shows real skill in game design. The atmosphere is so thick you can almost feel it - every creak and shadow makes you second-guess continuing forward. It's rare to find a horror game this short that manages to be so immersive without feeling rushed. Did you find the monster design particularly effective too? That reveal was genuinely unsettling!
