Hi,
The update does port over your save file:
- Hoan's progress got reset. It's a bug and we've fixed it in the hotfix (v1.1.1)
- In the previous patch, there's a bug that unlocked all Residents by default. We fixed that bug, which resulted in the lock of all Residents (because technically they haven't ever get unlocked yet.)
Together they create an illusion of the save file not getting ported over.
