Hi! The house can only be repaired in the second chapter. And the second chapter will only be available in version 0.1.6A. But there should be content after the "goblin." Just take a walk around the city. For example, go to the docks in the port or talk to people in the brothel. There are still some quests available after saving the goblin girl =)
