I dunno if im having a skill issue moment but I cannot get the bat fat ending Pic. He'll do the ending where he drains you a lot whenever he runs out of stamina. If there's a better method to get it then I don't mind tips.

Oh, shoot right. I know what you mean now. You should get that scene after doing the stuff with him and the shark - so to get the fat ending picture, it either has to be before you do the bat/shark stuff or if you get the scene where he drains you, for the next couple of days he won't repeat the scene so you can get it then
