I can't download the 0.699 version even though I bought the game :/

At the top of the webpage you will find your profile name on the right. Too the right of your name is an arrow, click the arrow and press "My Library". In the library there should be a "Your Purchases" or "Things you own" sub folder. If the game is there then there should be a big download button underneath it.
