Could we get more info on this? Such as more screenshots or a summary of the game?
Looking at the code, it looks like it's a text rpg, I can't say for certain there's not secretly some malicious code in there, but I can't fathom someone being stupid enough to try to publish a malicious .bat file, given it's almost more likely to be found by someone who can read it than someone who can't.
