i haven't played the game for a few years and got the newest version, I think I got most of the new mechanics down but no matter what I do the noble rebel so I basically can't do anything if I build something they rebel if I wait they rebel if I rearrange housing they rebel I don't get it the settlement has +45 bread and +10 beer but they have 0% of both wtf, I placed granaries and several other building near them in hopes that they would stop constantly stealing my military. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
