Okay okay, point by point lets tackle this.
The Hinata in the laundry quest is different depending on love or hatred path. One of the options there literally tells you what it wants you to od (srip naked and flash for hatred route) but Im also pretty sure you can only complete that mission after choosing a love/hatred route.
She wont ever change of off Unwillingly obedient, that's as far as the game goes atm. Unwillingly obedient means you fucked up or were an asshole to her and have lost the ability to have a love route with her. Obedient - love route, Unwillingly obedient - give her money or she wont do shit for you.
The game does not want you to keep doing that minigame, it's trying to force you out and to progress by doing the modelling photoshoots of Himawari and Yoruichi. if you are stonewalled with yoru, you likely haven't been working on Himawari's quests. their questlines are intertwined and the roadblock progress with each other. You need to progress Hima until she wants to see you prove you can be a photographer, giving you the idea to invite Yoru around and photograph her to prove it.
Uhm. Skill issue for the rest here. Play the game, grind through the ramen store minigame.. and leave a savegame after it's done so you don't have to do it again.
