Played a bit recently and it shows a lot of promise!
However because of one of it's coolest features, which is the presence of multiple stages of bloating/stuffing for each state of fatness, i recon it's going to be incredibly hard to design clothes and accessories for the girls.
In this case, i really think it would be worth it to create a template for each kind of clothing the characters can have and then create community in a discord or elsewhere so volunteers can create clothes for the game while you focus on the features of it. Similar how pokemon infinite fusion gets it's custom fusions from it's fans, otherwise i think the devs here are going to struggle too much or the clothing system is going to be largely ignored or take too much of development time.
Making the outfits are definitely a hard part, but it's really more because it gets very repetitive very quickly. It's more time-consuming than difficult really.
Someday I'd like to give enough tools to just let users mod the game and import their own assets, that's what the customization tool is aiming to become. But I must first figure out how all of this will work, and I need to make at least one set of each type of clothing. I also do have a discord server that I'm keeping private with a few people who have helped me a bit in the past (notably with sprites), but I'm really not good at keeping it alive so it's... Dead.
