I had one question for the class trial for chapter one, Desmond was talking about how the taser was definitely used, but when Diana was explaining her story she was so adamant that she did not shoot it, did Eva use it before to try and blame Diana or why was the taser used, they did not explain that in the ending argument.

Im assuming Eva used it before to further frame Diana as the killer. It doesn't really make sense in my head otherwise

They mentioned it very briefly, but yes, it was fired before hand to further frame Diana.
