I'm trash with names, so I'm just going to suggest traits. It'd honestly make sense for the heavy armor leader to be naturally muscular; plus, I just like muscles. I'd also like a scar, but it probably wouldn't make sense for someone who wears heavy armor. I'm thinking that the breasts should be on the small side, but not exactly flat as well. For the personality, I was thinking of someone direct and cheerful; one of the "I like you. Wanna become my husband?" while grinning types. Anyways, this was honestly kind of embarrassing to type, and I'm not sure if you'll use these traits, but these are my suggestions.
