At times, you can forget it is a porn parody. Or a parody altogether. It feels like a pokemon game with more humor, a better art style (debatable, but I really like the hand drawn sprites), and of course more horny. I love the explanations for why you can't go to specific areas before progressing to that point, letting us know that there is a ton of natural disasters in the region. It shows irony at its finest, and the game is perfect. 75% pokemon game, 25% well written smut, 103.7% peak.
10/10.
