Good use of mesh destruction for the glass. I don't know whether its the Godot destruction plugin or a use of Blendr's self-fracture tool, or maybe some other way, but it looks really nice.

I used cell fracture in blender and exported it so that all the little pieces would be RigidBody3d's automatically when I imported into Godot. During gameplay pressing the button just swaps a normal glass scene for a shattered glass scene and because all the pieces in the shattered glass scene are rigid bodies they instantly fall.
