The file never finishes downloading for me. Like it always stops downloading before it even reaches 25% of the download. 

I even paid the $2 for the hat version and I can't play it! 

EDIT: 
I got it downloaded by getting the app and making sure all the download folders for the app were on the exclusion list for windows security
