There are 2 versions of the game.

In the origfinal (where your quirk is to borrow other quirks) you can only talk with her in a specific time of the day.

In the second version (where your quirk is a light based quirk that recharges with sexual activities) you need to wait 2 days in game before you can talk to her.

i have the light based quirk and i cannot continue because it doesn't even give me the option to progress the day further. i am perpetually stuck in the morning phase with nothing to do at all

Have you tried pressing the hour glass to advance the day? Or have you tried going to your bedroom, pressing the bed and sleeping which carries you to the next day? That's what I did at the time.

yesh. hourglass does nothing, and when i click the bed, it has a small scene where the MC says he cant do anything in my room in the mornings, then kicks me out of the bedroom

Ok, I just replayed it and figured it out.

You need to go to the park to send out flyers then the beach. (Guess I forgot I did that because I thought I was killing 2 birds with 1 stone at the time, my bad.)

i did both of those before i even knew Mei was available. i even already had my fun with Momo in the newly established office before visiting Mei

i fixed the problem, but had to restart my game to do so. somehow, i managed to glitch myself into some impassible situation or something.
