  Any hints on the remining ones? looking at the board there 12 so I'm just guessing there is 12

There's actually only 10! I think you're missing:
- Go to the room where you found Pupper <3, and switch the accessibility settings to "enable monsters". You can collect a monster badge.
- Poke around the haunted hay ride until you find a suspicious door, and look for a code to the door in the city.
