What kind of computer do you have? and so you are clicking on it and it immediately fails or it is failing after it tries to download onto your computer. we need more information to be able to help.

im using windows, when I download it there's something showed up. like ' Network failed' but when I resume it, it say 'Failed and Forbidden.' When I clicked More information it said. 'This error means you don't have permission to download this file from the server.
To fix, go to the website where the file is hosted. Check if you need to sign in (or provide some other authentication). If you can't sign in, contact the website or server owner, or try finding the file on a different site.'
