Hi, we havent been able to recreate this issue. If you are still having this issue could you attach a photo of the error code you were given when it crashes?

Unfortunately my computer won't give an error message when it crashes. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but that also didn't work.
I am using a pretty old Chromebook though so it might just be my device. I've had some trouble with some downloads in the past so I wouldn't put the fault on y'all.
