I have no team, I have not many game making skills, but I have a dream. (money wanted too)
I also have no team. When it comes to game development you can say i am skilled but not like crazy 5 years of experience . Also don't do game jams for a quick buck game jams are meant to find other devs make friends etc.
I was joking about the money part. I just do gamejams to try improve my skills and because making short games is fun to me
