Unity has a patcher tool. I think that is enough for most of the games.

Also. The way Unity have explained the vulnerability in their security post, suggests that someone has to have access to my computer.

"This vulnerability may allow malicious actors with local access to execute arbitrary code within your application’s context, potentially leading to data exposure or privilege escalation."

The keyword here is "local access". So unless I'm actually dumb, this really suggests what I wrote above the quotation.
