Thank you for being patient! you start the game by opening the gate and robbing the graves. Once you're done, you approach the car and use the keyboard left and right arrow key (this shifts between the yes and no option indicated by the tiny arrow between them) and you click enter to confirm your choice. We will work on making that more intuitive.
