Same, I missed it too, and like you learned a lot about solo dev-ing, and timelines. I also started getting errors as soon as I started trying to package everything, still trying to troubleshoot why. "Unknown Error" isn't the best thing to see on the output log.
Me too I also had some issues with itch and actually uploading my game. I didn't know you had to zip the folder and had a character limit on the description and had to have payment details on your account before making it public and it was just everything stacked on top of each other that I wasn't expecting. I also didn't know you had to download export templates for godot which was weird.
