If you first complete Andre's route and then Sonya's — you will get an extra dialogue sort of answering that exact question.
There is a reason why she is both Sonya's and Andre's roommate, but how did she manage to do it and why no one in Academy questions it — you will learn in her personal route (once we realease it) :}
