Btw, if you want a custom flag for an alliance/country just change it in the files if it is a country. For an alliance flag just get a flag form the internet or make your own! Then download the flag and name it as "(alliance_name)_flag.png" and remember that if the name has a space use "_" aka underscore. Hope this helps!
