For me in Haven was hell.
I was raped, so my mood and willpower went down. I got in an spiral of being tired and depressed. When I tried to sleep some guy would take the occasion to rape me, and when the mood went down, I had to prostitute to get alcohol. Ended up being an alcoholic.

Then, in the first save game I got caught by Alex White, and it became even more dramatic. They sold me to a brothel, when some guy raped and brutalized me into obedience, during weeks while crying every night asking why nobody came to help.
It was realistic and very well written, but I am not much into it.
I ended up using an old save file to avoid that part. Finally managed to get the info without seeing Alex White, avoiding all this grim dark part.
I just had really high stats before I went in it was a bit hard with keeping mood up the first day or so but I was strong enough to fight off everyone who tried to do anything think I had 65 fitness and wits when I went in thou even if it was just 3-4 days I took me over 2 weeks to get back up there...
