Yea It could be added to the city Map and made to a single or group Hang out/ Date spot. You could have an event where you put sunscreen lotion on your dates, Go walking along the beach, Go Swimming races, and Play beach volleyball. Maybe even get food and drink like at River Rat. There's a lot of potential in beaches.
