apperently to find it u have to be med cat and go to the coldstone idk the rest

i found it, yeah you have to be a med then go to fallen cla and talk to the 2 cats guarding then you go back there the next day and they give you the stone ><
You don't have to be med to get the rock. You can just wander into their territory as a warrior and ask Ebonysong for a stone.
