When carrying a crate, specifically a prisoner crate or cage idk what its called, and hitting the curse guy thats spawn when you take to long, it sends you out of the map and gets you stuck. I would really appreciate a panic button of sorts to teleport you to to the entrance of the room in such cases since it just ruined my run.

I was doind a run I let out like these dogs or something in a cage a creature came from off screen grabbed me and then as he was trying to put restraints on me a dog thing hit me and then I disappeared 

almost all of this situation are caused because of you and a slave are crossing rooms at the same time. Restart the game to solve it
