I personally prefer desktop versions because of these mobile hang ups but if there are no other options at the moment, here are some general tips that also worked for me before:

1. Restart Your Phone:  A simple restart can clear temporary RAM issues and get apps working correctly. 
2. Clear Cache and Data:
   • Go to your phone's Settings. 
   • Navigate to Apps (or Application Manager) and find the browser or game. 
   • Select Storage and tap Clear Cache. 
   • If that doesn't work, go back to Storage and select Clear Data (note: this will erase all app data and login information). 
3. Update the Game and System:  Check your device's app store for updates to the game, browser (if using Chrome), and the Android System WebView app. Also, check for any available Android system updates. 
4. This Loop: 
   1. kill the application (don't let it run in the background)
   2. change your wifi status (if off, turn it on, and vice versa)
      
   3. restart the game
   4. if it still doesn't work, repeat steps 1 to 3, which will eventually work after several attempts.
