I like how this game is coming along so far! it has a charm that no AAA game could ever come close to replicating. it has the same sense of exploration and discovery that both minecraft and terraria gave me when i first played them. i cant wait to see what direction you take the game!
some notes i have from my ~3 hours of play:
-the caving feels like the best aspects of both terraria and minecraft; it was a nice introduction to the game mining in the stone layer, and i loved sprinting through the undergrowth with rocket boots and a glider looking for crates.
-the forest spirit is a silly and fun fight, mf hates what youre doing to nature and t-poses menacingly about it. i didnt know how to summon/damage the snow boss at first, but i found out naturally by playing more, which was pretty cool :D
-i like the enemies that are currently in the game, though the ranged enemies need some small changes(mainly make them not shoot at walls, i built a house in the snow biome and go insane every night hearing the snowmen pelt my house lmao)
-THE BUILDING OMG ITS SO GOOD
bugs ive found:
-the snowmen can throw snowballs through 3 high walls if they jump, like they throw it through the 'seam' between blocks
-mining lava while holding a bucket gives you the "empty" item, which does nothing
suggestions:
-add a sound effect to trashing items, or maybe trash icon next to the cursor
-change the glider sound/make it less loud
-make furniture able to be placed on flooring if possible
