ah ok thanks, as i mentioned i did manage to find a glitch that let me jump an infinite amount of times and there was a platform with a bunch of lights and flying bugs, way above the normal area that is impossible to reach normally. must have been a testing area or something
nope, that's the lair/nest, it's so high up because it is meant to be imposible to reach normally unless the giant flies take you there, i guess the experiment only counts if an enemy takes you there rather than you actually reaching the place
